Sustainability as part of our manufacturing
A responsible approach to the environment is a natural part of how our company operates. We strive to make our production efficient, considerate of our surroundings and in line with all applicable environmental regulations. That is why we decided to make use of the original premises of the former Loana company, which we have gradually renovated to their final form.
Energy and operations
We are gradually introducing measures that reduce energy consumption and increase operational efficiency. Our approach includes the use of modern technologies, monitoring the energy performance of our buildings and looking for savings in everyday operations. We collect packaging materials from customers where possible and reuse them for subsequent shipments.

In-house nitrogen production
Nitrogen is an essential part of our manufacturing process. Instead of importing it, we produce it directly on site from ambient air, which eliminates regular truck deliveries and the related emissions.

Waste and recycling
We cooperate with certified partners to ensure that waste is handled responsibly. In production we focus primarily on preventing waste from arising in the first place. Material and process inspections play a key role in reducing scrap and unnecessary material losses.

Sustainable manufacturing
Our priority is the efficient use of input materials and minimising losses. Pre-production and in-process inspections help us prevent defects, reduce scrap and, in turn, lower both costs and environmental impact.
Logistics and packaging
In logistics we focus on efficient transport, smart route planning and the sensible use of packaging materials. Wherever possible, we promote the reuse of packaging and recyclable materials. We are gradually replacing packaging material with ESD shipping pallets, specially designed for specific types of PCBs.
